To file a customer complaint, please send or deliver the product to the stationary store along with its packaging, a description containing the reason for the complaint and contact information.

REFUNDS
Withdrawal from the agreement by the seller or the customer may take place on the terms set out in the provisions of the civil code (Journal of Laws 2017.459, as amended).
The refund of full value goods and the related refund for the purchased goods can be made only on the basis of the original proof of purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase

NOTICE ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item. In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
Consequences of withdrawing from the contract: in the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the type of delivery chosen by you other than the least expensive standard type of delivery offered by us), immediately and in any case case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this return. We may withhold the reimbursement until the receipt of the item or until you provide us with proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The amount of these costs is estimated at a maximum of approximately PLN 20.
We indicate that you are responsible for the decrease in the value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
The personal data provided by you will be processed by the seller for purposes related to the performance of your withdrawal from the contract and the fulfillment of related requests, and on the terms set out in the relevant legal provisions. You have the right to request the data controller to access your data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, or object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
